Service Manager / Project Manager – SharePoint & SQL

• At least 2 years of experience in IT project or service management.
• Technical and functional knowledge of SharePoint and SQL databases.
• Experience in incident monitoring, change management, and coordination of technology services.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them to technical teams.
• Experience preparing monitoring reports and project documentation.
• Organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Autonomy and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.

• Experience managing SharePoint implementation, administration, migration, or governance projects.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with SQL Server, SQL queries, and basic incident resolution.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server optimization and performance.
• Experience working with ITIL methodologies or similar.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Experience in Microsoft technology environments and provider management.

• Manage and monitor technology projects and services related to SharePoint and SQL.
• Coordinate communication between technical teams, business users, and providers, guaranteeing fluid communication.
• Supervise incidents, changes, and requests associated with both platforms, ensuring their monitoring and resolution.
• Plan tasks, control milestones, and identify possible risks and deviations.
• Prepare monitoring reports, functional documentation, and status reports for the different stakeholders.
• Participate in technical and functional meetings, providing SharePoint and SQL knowledge to facilitate decision-making.
• Coordinate several projects and services simultaneously, ensuring the fulfillment of established objectives.

• Location: Alicante
• Modality: Remote. Hybrid, 2 days in the office and 3 days teleworking for residents in Alicante.
• Contract: Permanent.
