  • Perform troubleshooting on APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
  • Supervise platforms based on Kafka, RabbitMQ, and event-driven architectures.
  • Monitor batch processes and operational dependencies.
  • Manage incidents following ITSM procedures.
  • Analyze metrics, logs, and traces to guarantee service stability.
