The role
We are looking for a Payroll and Labor Technician with experience in labor management and personnel administration, capable of autonomously managing the complete employee lifecycle and payroll processing.
What you'll do
Management of registrations, cancellations, and variations in Social Security via the RED System.
Preparation, formalization, and communication of contracts, extensions, and addenda via Contrat@.
Monthly preparation of the complete payroll cycle, including incidents, variables, overtime, expenses, and settlements.
Calculation and review of IRPF (Income Tax) and regularizations.
Management and filing of Social Security contributions via the Direct Settlement System.
Preparation of tax forms associated with personnel, mainly 111 and 190.
Management of garnishments, advances, loans, and other non-salary concepts.
Control of working hours, vacations, leaves, absenteeism, and sick leave/workplace accident leave.
Liaising with Social Security, Mutual Insurance companies, SEPE, and labor consultancy.
Application of the collective agreement and current labor regulations.
Maintenance of labor documentation and digital employee files.
Preparation of reporting on workforce, absenteeism, turnover, and personnel costs.
