WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

⛽ Customer service: You will identify the needs of each customer, offering close and friendly service, and guaranteeing an exceptional service experience.
🎯 Achievement of objectives: You will apply active selling techniques to promote products and services, and you will encourage the use of our loyalty card.
💳 Cashier processes: You will use established procedures for managing cash and cards, ensuring speed and accuracy in payment, always with the support of the IT team.
🛍️ Store management: You will check merchandising and labeling, keep the store stocked and clean, and perform shift opening and closing following company protocols.
🧽 Cleaning and maintenance: You will guarantee that both the forecourt and common areas are always in optimal condition for customers and workers.
🔥 Safety and environment: You will rigorously apply the safety, health, and environmental principles and procedures of the DISA Group. You will ensure a safe environment for customers, workers, and contractors, reporting any incidents and ensuring compliance with preventive measures.
🛢️ Forecourt operations: You will supervise the loading and unloading of fuel, supply customers while guaranteeing their satisfaction, and take tank readings using established procedures.
🚿 Car wash: You will perform the maintenance and collection control of the car wash, also promoting its use among customers.
