Residency in Tenerife/Gran Canaria/Madrid

- University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar.

- Master's or postgraduate training in Business Analytics, Management Control, Finance, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or similar.

- Knowledge of financial analysis and business case development.

- Knowledge of data analytics (SQL and BI tools such as Power BI).

- Knowledge of planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel 365.

- Experience in measuring the performance of campaigns, commercial initiatives, or transformation projects.

- Experience in B2C environments and loyalty programs.

- Experience in developing business cases, budget monitoring, and executive reporting.

From the Marketing area, we are looking to incorporate a Performance and Business Analyst to help us transform data into actionable knowledge, contributing to the continuous improvement of the business and the development of initiatives with real impact on the organization.

Your main objective will be to measure, analyze, and maximize the performance of Marketing and Customer Experience initiatives, monitoring key business indicators, evaluating the economic impact of the actions driven, and providing strategic information that facilitates the prioritization of initiatives and decision-making.

You will be a key piece in connecting data analysis with value generation for the business.

As a Performance and Business Analyst, you will have a key role in the measurement, analysis, and optimization of the performance of Marketing and Customer Experience initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Defining, monitoring, and evolving the main business performance indicators, ensuring a clear vision of the impact and evolution of the different lines of activity.
• Analyzing the performance of campaigns, commercial initiatives, and analytical models, identifying their contribution to the business, their profitability, and the value generated.
• Transforming data into actionable recommendations, providing insights that help improve results and guide strategic decision-making.
• Developing business cases and economic impact analyses to allow for the evaluation of opportunities, prioritization of initiatives, and optimization of investments.
• Monitoring the budget, forecast, and main deviations of the area, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing action plans.
• Designing executive reports and monitoring dashboards, providing Management with a clear vision of the performance and evolution of initiatives.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and growth levers based on the analysis of results, trends, and the evolution of key indicators.
• Collaborating with the Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Data Science teams, contributing to the definition of metrics, measurement models, and the evaluation of initiative impact.
• Ensuring compliance with data protection and information security policies, applying the established criteria in the development of their activity
