What we're looking for

University degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Higher Technician in Maintenance of Thermal and Fluid Installations.
Higher Technician in Energy Efficiency and Solar Thermal Energy.
Minimum 2 years of experience in energy data analysis or similar roles.

Nice to have

Experience in the hotel sector or in high energy consumption buildings is valued.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Programming knowledge for analysis (Python, R, SQL - desirable).
Familiarity with energy management systems and energy efficiency regulations.
Analytical skills and results orientation.
Good writing skills for technical and executive reports.

The role

Analyze, interpret, and report energy consumption data across the company's hotels, with the aim of detecting usage patterns, identifying energy efficiency opportunities, and proposing sustainable improvements that contribute to the reduction of consumption and associated costs.

What you'll do

Collect, organize, and validate energy consumption data (electricity, gas, water, etc.) from the company's various hotels.
Develop dashboards and periodic reports (weekly, monthly, annual) on the energy performance of each facility.
Identify consumption patterns, inefficiencies, or deviations through statistical analysis and data modeling.
Generate consumption projections and simulations based on different operating scenarios.
Propose corrective actions and technical or behavioral improvements oriented toward energy savings.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to implement and monitor recommended actions.
Support the implementation and monitoring of energy management systems (for example, ISO 50001).
Stay up to date on new technologies, regulations, and best practices in energy efficiency applied to the hotel sector.
