We are currently looking for an Intern - Trainee Reservation Agent for the international market at our Chantada offices.

What you'll do

Support in receiving calls and customer service.
Collaboration in quoting requests.
Follow-up of reservations in the system.
Support in confirmation, changes, sales status, and closing.

What are we looking for?

The profile we are looking for is a student or recent graduate passionate about tourism and customer service, who wants to learn and develop in the field of reservations, travel agencies, or reception.
Possibility of signing an internship agreement with your university or study center.
Good level of English and Spanish.
Customer orientation, desire to learn, and proactivity.
