We are looking for an Operations Technician with a passion for the logistics sector and a customer orientation.

• Comprehensive management of import and export shipments in maritime, air, and land transport modes.

• Coordination and monitoring of shipments from the collection of goods to their final delivery.

• Daily contact with clients, international agents, shipping lines, airlines, and carriers.

• Management and review of transport documentation (BL, AWB, CMR, packing list, commercial invoice, etc.).

• Monitoring of operational incidents, proposing solutions and ensuring their resolution within the established timeframes.

• Control of operating costs.

• Management of customs procedures in coordination with customs agents.

• Updating and maintaining information in the company's management system.

• University degree in International Trade, Logistics and Transport, or similar.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a freight forwarding company or freight forwarder in operational positions.

• High level of English, both written and spoken, for daily management with international agents, clients, and suppliers.

• Experience in maritime transport, air, and land operations, especially in FCL and LCL import and export.

• Knowledge of customs procedures and associated document management.

• High capacity for learning and adaptation to new processes.

• Customer orientation and incident resolution.
