Sector Manager

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the requested position.

• Advanced conversational English proficiency adapted to the customer.

• Experience in service excellence and attention to detail.

• Residency in Lanzarote.

Staff Supervision

• Supervise and lead the staff in your assigned sector.

• Assign tasks and responsibilities efficiently.

• Provide guidance and training to the team.

• Ensure the efficient daily operation of the sector.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure synergy and proper workflow.

• Supervise the quality of the services and products offered.

• Implement standards and procedures to guarantee consistency.

• Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and policies.

• Guarantee that staff follow health and safety standards.

• Supervise and manage product and supply inventories.

• Implement efficient practices to minimize losses and waste.

• Guarantee high-quality customer service.

• Handle complaints and problems effectively.

• Participate in the preparation and management of the sector budget.

• Control costs and seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

• Collaborate in the strategic planning of the sector and the implementation of short- and long-term objectives.

• Identify development opportunities for staff.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

• Prepare regular reports on sector performance.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers related to the sector.
