IT Functional Technician

• Training in Computer Engineering, Business Administration with specialization in Systems, Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in DAM/DAW, or related degrees.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP implementation, functional support, or evolution.

• Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and test management.

• Knowledge of systems integration via REST and SOAP APIs.

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, querying, and validation.

• Experience in developing reports and dashboards with Power BI.

• Ability to understand business processes (finance, logistics, HR, etc.).

• Previous experience in ERP implementation, especially Business Central or A3 ERP.

• Communication skills and the ability to interact with technical and business profiles.

• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or other relevant platforms.

• Technical English for reading documentation (B2 level or higher).

• Participate in implementation, parameterization, and evolution projects of the corporate ERP.

• Act as a liaison between business areas and technology providers.

• Gather and analyze functional requirements.

• Prepare functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Propose standard solutions, prioritizing configuration over custom developments.

• Define and execute functional test plans.

• Manage incidents and ensure the quality of deliveries.

• Coordinate migrations and guarantee the quality of master data.

• Manage integrations between applications using REST APIs, SOAP, and JSON-based services.

• Collaborate in the management of development, pre-production, and production environments.

• Supervise the correct definition of roles and permissions.

• Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.

• Design and maintain SQL queries on relational databases.

• Analyze and validate information for decision-making.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI.

• Prepare monitoring and status reports for management.

• Coordinate providers and internal teams, monitoring deliverables and deadlines.

• Plan and execute training actions for users.

• Create guides, procedures, and functional documentation.

• Keep process maps, role models, and design decisions updated.

• Collaborate in the maintenance of the corporate web presence when necessary.
