Kitchen Station Chef

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the requested position.

• Residency in Lanzarote.

• Knowledge of culinary techniques and quality standards in hospitality.

• Ability to organize and manage teams.

• Manage and coordinate their station or kitchen section, guaranteeing correct operation during service.

• Prepare and supervise the preparation of dishes, ensuring established standards of quality, presentation, and flavor.

• Organize the work of the assigned team, promoting an efficient and collaborative dynamic.

• Control product stock and report the supply needs of their station.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations.

• Participate in the training and development of the kitchen staff in their section.

• Collaborate with the Head Chef in improving recipes, gastronomic proposals, and process optimization.

• Resolve operational incidents during service, guaranteeing an excellent gastronomic experience for the customer.
