  • Administer and maintain network infrastructure: switches, routers, and Wi-Fi.

  • Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, routing, and switching.

  • Administer firewalls and VPNs.

  • Manage DNS, DHCP, NTP, and SNMP services.

  • Monitor network operation and performance.

  • Resolve incidents related to connectivity and communications.

  • Manage the telephone switchboard and the mobile telephony fleet.

  • Collaborate in the implementation of new sites and infrastructure projects.
