At Grupo NS, we are looking to hire a Systems Operator to participate in a stable project within a banking environment, working in a 24x7 service with rotating shifts and 100% remote work.
Management and monitoring of incidents using ITSM/ticketing tools.
Attention and resolution of first-level incidents following established procedures and runbooks.
Operational support for Windows, Linux, networks, databases, and storage environments.
Management of incidents, requests, changes, and problems under the ITIL methodology.
Escalation of incidents to N2/N3 teams when necessary.
Monitoring of client procedures and operational documentation.
Execution of basic scripting tasks using PowerShell and/or Bash.
