What we're looking for

More than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Defense, Space, or Critical Systems environments.
Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
Experience in comprehensive management of engineering and technology development projects, especially ASICs.
High level of technical and managerial English.

Nice to have

Experience in Systems Engineering and full development lifecycle will be especially valued: critical systems, secure communications or cryptography; HW/SW integration; system validation, verification, and certification.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where you will design, develop and integrate technological solutions that become part of high-value projects for our clients.

What you'll do

The position requires a balanced combination of project leadership, technical vision, client communication, and execution capability in advanced engineering environments.

We are looking for profiles preferably with experience in the Space Sector (or, alternatively, a very strong profile with experience in Defense), capable of operating autonomously in complex programs, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the technical and operational evolution of the solutions developed.

Lead engineering projects from initial definition phases to validation and commissioning.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in engineering, integration, and validation.
Manage planning, costs, risks, milestones, and contract tracking.
Ensure the technical and operational compliance of projects.
Define, supervise, and track KPIs, SLAs, and project performance metrics.
Prepare executive reports, monitor finances, and analyze discrepancies.
Manage workload forecasts, resource planning, and the evolution of costs and revenues.
Identify technical and organizational risks, defining mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Act as the main interface with clients and industrial partners.
Coordinate the management of requirements, integration, and technical evolution of solutions.
Oversee the technical quality of deliverables and the proper execution of development plans.
Participate in business development activities and the definition of new opportunities.
