  • Experience in Process Mining and tools such as Celonis, SAP Signavio, or ARIS.
  • Knowledge of BPMN, SQL, and process management.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Knowledge of SAP and Dynamics 365.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end Process Mining projects.
  • Analyze processes and identify inefficiencies, deviations, and bottlenecks.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, and automation.
  • Define KPIs, improvement plans, and business cases.
  • Coordinate business, process, data, and technology teams.
