• Focus on Technology and Projects: Real experience leading transformation projects, process digitalization, and operational optimization.

• Analytical and Change Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage resistance to change, and master data analysis tools.

• Residence: Based in the province of Zaragoza.

• Your Education: A degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Languages: Fluent English. Knowledge of French, German, or Portuguese will be valued.

At Bed's, the leading sleep product retail chain of the Pikolin Group, we are looking to hire a Retail Operations Director for our head offices in Zaragoza. We are seeking a cross-functional profile with a strong focus on projects, operations, and technology, with a high capacity for managing change and leading processes from the ideation phase.

Reporting directly to the General Management, your main mission will be to lead the company's operational and technological strategy, managing change and driving an efficient, scalable, results-oriented management model across our entire network of specialized stores.

• Strategic Leadership and Ideation: You will actively participate in defining the Strategic Plan, contributing innovative ideas and aligning the operational area with the global corporate objectives of the sleep sector.

• Cross-functional Project Management: You will design, plan, and lead continuous improvement projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across the entire organization.

• Transformation and Digitalization: You will drive the company's technological transformation, implementing digital tools that optimize the daily operations of our store network.

• Point-of-Sale Excellence: You will ensure the highest operational standards in our sleep product stores by optimizing processes and customer service standards.
