What we're looking for

We are looking for a person with an administrative profile, who is resourceful and has good communication skills, and who feels comfortable in dynamic environments:

Valid disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%
Good command of Office tools, especially Excel.
Ability to work with indicators and manage incidents.
Good communication skills and customer orientation.
Organized, proactive person with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to an operational environment.

Nice to have

Knowledge of languages is a plus.

The role

We are looking for a person to perform administrative functions for our delegation located in the center of Barcelona, within the framework of a vacancy reserved for people with a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%. What will you do?

Support in administrative management tasks.
Management of delivery and collection routes.
Data entry in IT tools (ERP).
Telephone assistance and management of emails regarding incidents.
