The role

At Orenes Grupo, a leading business group in the leisure and entertainment sector, we are looking to hire an Access and Prevention Controller for our Gran Casino Castellón.

We are looking for a responsible person, with a customer orientation and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments, who will contribute to ensuring the correct functioning of access points, the prevention of incidents, and a safe experience for our customers.

What you'll do

Control and supervise access to the establishment.
Receive, inform, and guide customers and visitors.
Ensure compliance with internal regulations and collaborate in maintaining a safe environment.
Detect, record, and communicate incidents.
Perform observation and prevention tasks to anticipate risk situations.
Collaborate in the application of security, self-protection, and emergency protocols.
Participate as a member of the center's Emergency Team.
Collaborate with other departments to guarantee a satisfactory experience for customers and visitors.

Experience

Previous experience in access control, customer service, reception, or similar functions.
Experience in leisure environments, hospitality, or high-traffic areas is valued.

Other requirements

Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
Ability to observe and act in the event of incidents.

Will be valued

Security Guard TIP (Professional Training Certificate).
Training in Private Security.
Training in first aid, emergencies, or self-protection.
Basic knowledge of English or other languages.
