The role

Orenes Grupo, an important business holding with more than 50 years of experience in the hospitality, catering, leisure, and private gaming sectors, is looking to hire a Collection Technician to support its Sports Betting Division in the province of Valencia.

We are looking for an organized, decisive person with a service orientation, who wants to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the correct functioning of the equipment and facilities at our points of sale.

What you'll do

Perform the collection of sports betting terminals and equipment in the assigned establishments.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for electronic equipment.
Resolve technical incidents, guaranteeing a rapid response and minimizing downtime.
Verify the correct functioning of terminals, devices, and associated systems.
Perform the monitoring and reporting of detected incidents.
Complete the documentation derived from daily activity.
Maintain adequate attention and relationship with customers during the interventions carried out.
Ensure the correct use and conservation of the assigned tools and means of work.
