Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with solid knowledge of the Facility Services sector and the internal operating procedures of the services.
• High orientation toward the customer and service.
• Proactivity in identifying opportunities.
• Experience in the implementation and execution of commercial plans and strategies.
• Ability to perform presentations and other commercial actions, having to possess great persuasion and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to adapt to changes and tolerance to frustration.
• Ability to establish good and lasting relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Teamwork to guarantee synergy between different departments, fostering a positive work environment.
• Having an analytical, practical, and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Time management planning ability.
• Training in commercial management.
• Medium-high level in Office 365 (Excel, Word, Sharepoint & Teams) and CRM.

• Having commercial contacts with companies interested in the services offered is highly valued.

• Prospecting, establishing, and managing commercial relationships with potential clients with the aim of opening new business opportunities for our organization.
• Assisting in the preparation, presentation, and follow-up of offers.
• Execution of the sales plan.
• Collaborating in the processing and use of department data and information: database maintenance, preparation of management reports, etc.
• KPI monitoring.
