We offer you the opportunity to join our company in the Health and Safety department, within the HR area, where you will integrate into a multidisciplinary work team whose main mission is the well-being and integral care of the workers of Grupo Osga. We are looking for a professional with demonstrable experience in Mutual Insurance companies and the management of temporary disabilities. Your functions will consist of:

• Assessment of functional limitations for the job positions of employees on IT/AT (temporary disability/occupational accident) leave, through telephone contact for follow-up on leaves, review of medical reports, consultation visits, and examination in cases where necessary.
• Evaluation of individual needs to assist in the reintegration of workers.
• Detection of individual job and personal needs, seeking reintegration strategies that are beneficial for both the individual and the company.
• Detection of possible permanent disabilities.
• Collaboration with the occupational mutual insurance company for the appropriate management of work disability.
• Monitoring the evolution of absenteeism indicators of the workers of Grupo Osga and proposing improvement plans.

Requirements:

• Degree in Medicine and Surgery, with a degree officially recognized in Spain.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, or in Accident Mutual Insurance companies and/or in the management of temporary disability.
• A Master's in Bodily Injury Assessment and/or Medical Evaluation courses are valued.
• Communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to establish good and lasting relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Teamwork to guarantee synergy between different departments, fostering a positive work environment.
• Having an analytical, practical, and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Time management planning ability.
• Intermediate level in Excel and Word.
• It will be valued to be in possession of a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%.
