What are we looking for?

We are looking for collaborators to develop online teaching in the Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, within the area of Management and Business, promoting the comprehensive learning of the student and the development of skills related to entrepreneurship, technological innovation, and business management applied to the biomedical field.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Planning and execution of online teaching activities in the subject Business Administration and Innovation in Medical Technology.

Guidance and monitoring of students in their learning process (resolving academic doubts within a maximum period of 48h/72h business hours).

Delivery of synchronous classes via videoconference and facilitation of practical activities and forums.

Application of active methodologies and new technologies to the teaching-learning process.

Continuous assessment of students (portfolios, practical activities, participation, and final exams).

Attendance at academic coordination meetings and active participation in the degree program and the area.

Participation in teaching innovation projects and, where applicable, research projects related to the area.

What would we like to see on your CV?

University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Health Sciences, or related fields.

A PhD or being a doctoral candidate in areas related to biomedical engineering, innovation, technology management, or entrepreneurship is valued.

Knowledge of business administration, business models, and strategic planning.

Experience or knowledge in technological innovation, technology transfer, and entrepreneurship, preferably in the healthcare or biomedical field.

Knowledge of intellectual property, technology protection, and financing of innovative projects.

University teaching experience (online modality is valued).

Strong planning and organizational skills.

Ability to contextualize business content within the biomedical and technological environment.

Orientation towards teaching innovation and applied learning.

Strong communication skills and the ability to support online students.

Commitment to academic excellence in virtual environments.

¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos colaboradores para desarrollar docencia online en el Máster Universitario en Ingeniería Biomédica, dentro del área de Gestión y Empresas, favoreciendo el aprendizaje integral del estudiante y el desarrollo de competencias vinculadas al emprendimiento, la innovación tecnológica y la gestión empresarial aplicada al ámbito biomédico.

¿En qué consistirá tu día a día?

Planificación y ejecución de actividades docentes online en la asignatura Administración de Empresas e Innovación en Tecnología Médica.

Orientación y seguimiento al alumnado en su proceso de aprendizaje (resolución de dudas académicas en un plazo máximo de 48h/72h laborables).

Impartición de clases síncronas por videoconferencia y dinamización de actividades prácticas y foros.

Aplicación de metodologías activas y nuevas tecnologías al proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.

Evaluación continua del alumnado (portafolios, actividades prácticas, participación y pruebas finales).

Asistencia a reuniones de coordinación académica y participación activa en la titulación y el área.

Participación en proyectos de innovación docente y, en su caso, de investigación vinculados al área.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu CV?

Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Biomédica, Ingeniería, ADE, Economía, Ciencias de la Salud o áreas afines.

Valorable doctorado o doctorando/a en áreas relacionadas con ingeniería biomédica, innovación, gestión tecnológica o emprendimiento.

Conocimientos en administración de empresas, modelos de negocio y planificación estratégica.

Experiencia o conocimiento en innovación tecnológica, transferencia de tecnología y emprendimiento, preferentemente en el ámbito sanitario o biomédico.

Conocimientos en propiedad intelectual, protección de la tecnología y financiación de proyectos innovadores.

Experiencia docente universitaria (valorable modalidad online).

Elevadas capacidades de planificación y organización.

Capacidad para contextualizar contenidos empresariales al entorno biomédico y tecnológico.

Orientación a la innovación docente y al aprendizaje aplicado.

Habilidades comunicativas y capacidad de acompañamiento al alumnado online.
