What are we looking for?

We are looking for collaborators to develop online teaching in the Faculty of Health Sciences, in the Master's Degree in Bioethics, teaching the subject Organ Donation and Transplantation, promoting the comprehensive learning of the student in accordance with the professional and academic competencies of the degree, as well as participating in the management and teaching innovation activities associated with the subject.

What will your day-to-day consist of?

Planning, teaching and monitoring of online teaching of the subject.

Tutoring and academic guidance of students.

Evaluation of activities and final exams according to the teaching guide.

Participation in boards and academic activities linked to the degree, when appropriate.

Application of active methodologies and use of the VIU Virtual Campus.

Attendance at academic coordination meetings.

Collaboration in teaching innovation and/or research projects, depending on the profile.

Degree of Doctor or Doctoral Candidate in Bioethics, Health Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Health Law or related fields.

Knowledge and experience in organ donation and transplantation, including clinical, ethical and/or legal aspects.

Knowledge of the regulatory framework and the bioethical dilemmas associated with the donation and transplantation process.

ANECA accreditation is valuable.

University teaching experience, preferably in online mode, will be valued.

Ability to plan and organize teaching.

Critical thinking and ethical approach in decision-making.

Communicative and didactic skills.

Adaptability to the digital environment and change.

¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos colaboradores/as para desarrollar docencia online en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud, en el Máster Universitario en Bioética, impartiendo la asignatura Donación y Trasplante de Órganos, favoreciendo el aprendizaje integral del estudiante de acuerdo con las competencias profesionales y académicas del título, así como participando en las actividades de gestión e innovación docente asociadas a la asignatura.

¿En qué consistirá tu día a día?

Planificación, impartición y seguimiento de la docencia online de la asignatura.

Tutorización y orientación académica del alumnado.

Evaluación de actividades y pruebas finales conforme a la guía docente.

Participación en tribunales y actividades académicas vinculadas al título, cuando proceda.

Aplicación de metodologías activas y uso del Campus Virtual de VIU.

Asistencia a reuniones de coordinación académica.

Colaboración en proyectos de innovación docente y/o investigación, según perfil.

Valorable acreditación ANECA.

Se valorará experiencia docente universitaria, preferiblemente en modalidad online.

Capacidad de planificación y organización docente.

Pensamiento crítico y enfoque ético en la toma de decisiones.

Habilidades comunicativas y didácticas.

Adaptabilidad al entorno digital y al cambio.

Actitud colaborativa y compromiso académico.
