The role
At Grupo Planeta we are looking for a student to carry out Editing Internships for the International Fiction & Seix Barral area, in the Editorial department of our headquarters in Barcelona.
Provide support to the editorial assistant in the following functions:

What would your main duties be?
- Registration of unsolicited manuscripts.
- Management of the generic Seix Barral email inbox.
- Registration of new print releases and organization of the library.
- Preparation and tracking of shipments.
- Preparation of presentations
- Support to the coordinator of the Biblioteca Breve Prize.
- Preparation and monitoring of translation grants.
- Preparation of anniversary listings.
- Management of contributors for reading report requests.
Requirements

- Undergraduate or master's degree students in Publishing or in the Humanities.
- High level of English.
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in reading essays.
