The role

At Grupo Planeta we are looking for a Content Technician (Temporary) for EAE Business School Madrid from our division Planeta Formación y Universidades.

What you'll do

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Design and execute the content calendar for social media, aligned with the communication strategy.
  • Create, adapt, and publish content in different formats: text, image, video, and audiovisual pieces.
  • Manage the digital community, respond to interactions, and monitor online reputation.
  • Provide coverage for events, conferences, professional meetings, and corporate activities, generating content in real time.
  • Coordinate content creation with the different departments of the organization.
  • Support internal communication actions aimed at employees and collaborators.
  • Analyze metrics, prepare result reports, and propose improvement actions based on data.
  • Coordinate the relationship with external providers, agencies, and collaborators when necessary.
