As a Communications Technician, you will design and implement communication strategies and campaigns for books published at DK, in both online and offline environments, achieving maximum levels of awareness with a focus on sales conversion. You can be located in Madrid or Barcelona.

  • Strategy. Design the online and offline communication strategy for books published under the DK imprint, taking into account business objectives and the audiences to be reached.
  • Campaigns. Design and execute book launch campaigns and the necessary communication materials:
    • Preparation and dissemination of the message so that potential readers of a book become aware of its existence and are interested in reading it. Detect what makes each book unique, give it its own identity, and communicate it effectively.
    • Media and influencers. Maintain close contact with media, tastemakers, opinion leaders, and influencers to generate suitable content for their channels and influence their posts.
    • Generate press kits, press releases, or texts suitable for each type of media or tastemaker.
    • Events and presentations, including the creative assets and materials to promote them.
    • Manage social media. Generate all types of online and audiovisual content for our social media or those of the authors with the aim of continuing to build a community of readers and proposing the reading of our books. Collaboration with Latin American subsidiaries to share this content.
