The role

At Grupo Secoex, we are looking for an intrusion, CCTV, and fire alarm security systems technician for the Systems and Alarm Receiving Center department in Ciudad Real or surrounding areas. FUNCTIONS:

What you'll do

Installation of Intrusion, CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of Intrusion, CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems.
Management of incidents/breakdowns.
Monitoring of KPIs.
Writing of reports.
Contact with the commercial area for the preparation of corrective quotes, business opportunities, and improvement proposals.
Execution of on-call shifts to cover emergency services, prioritizing actions based on contractually committed service levels.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

How you'll work

In-person work.
Flexible schedule in morning and afternoon shifts. (Finish on Fridays at 15:00).
Afternoons of December 24th, 31st, Epiphany (Three Kings Day), and Holy Wednesday off.
In summer, continuous working day from 7:00 to 15:00.
