The role
We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician with knowledge of Python, SQL, and TCP/IP networks to join one of our key projects in Madrid, Alfonso XIII area.
What you'll do
What will you do?
Attend to and resolve technical incidents via telephone, offering support to technicians and users.
Analyze incidents related mainly to scripts developed in Python and SQL databases.
Identify and diagnose problems related to connectivity and TCP/IP networks.
Review existing code and queries to locate the origin of errors and incidents.
Follow up on incidents until their resolution.
Collaborate with the technical team in the diagnosis and escalation of incidents when necessary.
How you'll work
On-site work modality in Madrid, Alfonso XIII area, with the possibility of evolving to a hybrid model later on.
Schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00.
