Requirements
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years performing building project drafting functions within the last five years (a portfolio may be attached) (evaluated in a technical interview)
- B driving license
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word: medium-high level (evaluated in a technical interview)
Nice to have
- Training in Cypecad software (+60 hours) (structural calculation) (Evaluated in a technical interview)
- Experience in drafting projects for buildings for public use, as a drafting and signing technician (evaluated in a technical interview)
- Experience in drafting building projects (evaluated in a technical interview)
- More than 20 hours of training in software for verifying compliance with the CTE DB-HE, such as HULC, CYPETHERM HE Plus (evaluated in a technical interview)
Education & certifications
- You possess the degree of Architect or Graduate in Architecture Fundamentals + Official Enabling Master's Degree in Architecture (MECES LEVEL 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)

How you'll work
- We offer:
- A fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, with the possibility of an extension up to a maximum of 9 months in total, if applicable
- Full-time.
