Construction Foreman

• Type B driver's license, valid
• From 6 months to 1 year of experience in agricultural, forestry, or civil works (will be verified during technical assessment)
• From 6 months to 1 year of experience in controlling and monitoring machinery and personnel performance (will be verified during technical assessment)

• You possess a Bachiller/BUP/COU, FPI/CFGM or FPII/CFGS qualification (qualification officially recognized in Spain)
• Training in Microsoft Word and Excel (20 hours) (attach training certificate)
• Forestry Occupational Risk Prevention. Chainsaw and Brushcutter (attach training certificate)
• Basic Construction Occupational Risk Prevention Training (60 hours) (attach training certificate)

Foremen - Construction (Leganés)

• Interpret blueprints to perform setting out and measurements.
• Control resource yields.
• Organize and schedule tasks.
• Ensure that works are carried out according to OSH regulations.
• Ensure that works comply with Quality regulations.
• Ensure that tasks are carried out with proper cleaning and storage of materials and tools.

• We offer:
  
  -Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 12 months in total, if applicable.
  
  -Full-time schedule.
