• Training in Microsoft 365 tools for document management, task organization, and digital collaboration.
• Academic and/or professional experience in specific selection processes and/or mass selection processes for multiple positions and multiple candidates.
• Proficiency in Power Query (this will be verified during the technical assessment).
• Advanced level of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP function, data analysis, data filtering and sorting, applying formulas and functions to cells) (this will be verified during the technical assessment).
• Academic and/or professional experience in HR departments in private and/or public sector companies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Degree in Psychology + Official Master's in Human Resources (MECES level 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).

Selection Technicians (Madrid)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in the performance of engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 4 Selection Technicians in Madrid.

• Management of specific selection processes and/or mass selection processes for multiple positions and multiple candidates.
• Publishing job offers, performing recruitment and pre-selection tasks for candidates, and applying and including test results in internal or external portals.
• Preparation of technical reports and technical support for the different projects carried out by the Unit.
• Instructing, advising, and monitoring the Organizational Units of the Tragsa Group involved in the selection processes.
• Tasks related to personnel selection in the Selection Management of the Tragsa Group.
