Technical Architect or Building Engineering Graduate - Works (Jaén)

• At least 6 months of experience in a technical office or as a Site Manager for Building construction works (To be proven via CV and employment history or employment contract).
• From 6 months to 3 years performing functions as a support technician or site manager in building construction works (to be reflected in CV and attach Employment History).
• From 1 day to 1 year of experience using the Presto tool for preparing budgets and certifications (to be reflected in CV and attach Employment History)

• Complementary training in Occupational Risk Prevention (To be proven with certificates)

• Possess a University Degree in Technical Architecture or a University Degree in Building Engineering (MECES level 2) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
