Technical Architect and/or Building Engineering Graduate - Construction (Jaén)

• You possess the official university degree in Technical Architecture or a Degree in Building Engineering (MECES level 2) (degree recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
• At least 6 months of experience in a technical office or as a Site Manager for Building construction works (This experience must be documented upon submission of the application via employment history and CV).
• From 6 months to 3 years performing functions as a support technician or site manager in building construction works (This experience must be documented upon submission of the application via employment history and CV).
• From 1 day to 1 year of experience in using Presto software for the preparation of budgets and certifications (This experience must be documented upon submission of the application via employment history and CV).

• Accredited training in Occupational Risk Prevention (This training must be documented upon submission of the application).

Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, is looking to hire 1 Technical Architect and/or Building Engineering Graduate - Construction in Jaén.

• Measurements and site control.
• Monitoring of the site quality plan.
• Comply with and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, as well as specifications regarding quality and the environment.
• Management of purchases, orders, and invoicing.

• We offer:
  - Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 12 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the posting for the
  Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or with funding from European Union Funds.
  - Full-time schedule.
