At least 6 months of experience in the development of Execution Projects (This experience must be documented upon submission of the application via work history and CV).
Type B Driver's License (Attach during registration).
From 3 months to 1 year of experience in the development of Basic and Execution Projects for public buildings (This experience must be documented upon submission of the application via work history and CV).
From 3 months to 1 year of experience in the development of Basic and Execution Projects using BIM tools (This experience must be documented upon submission of the application via work history and CV).

Education & certifications

Possession of an Architecture degree or Bachelor's Degree + Official Master's in Architecture that enables the profession (MECES level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).

The role

Architects - Execution Project with BIM (Seville)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 2 Architects - Execution Project with BIM in Seville.

As 1 position remains to be filled, the deadline is extended from 29/10/2026 until 05/11/2026 at 23:59 (peninsular time).

What you'll do

Development of execution projects for public administrative buildings using BIM tools.
Modeling of families at the execution project level.
Integration of structure into the architectural model, conflict detection, and resolution thereof.
Integration of installations into the architectural model, conflict detection, and resolution thereof.
Preparation of planimetry from BIM tools.
Control and preparation of the various reports that form part of the Execution Project.

How you'll work

Seville
We offer:
- Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 9 months in total, if applicable.
- Full-time.
