What we're looking for

• University degree in industrial engineering or a higher or intermediate vocational training cycle with sufficient professional experience and accredited knowledge, recognized as equivalent by the company.
• 5-8 years of experience working in high-voltage installations.
• Availability to travel.
• Work established under a flexibility system
• Knowledge of civil works (earthmoving, construction of buildings and huts in the high-voltage field) is valued.
• Analytical and decision-making capacity, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Productive and efficient communication capacity and relationship management with stakeholders.
• Leadership, planning, organization, and team management capacity.

We are looking to hire a Project Execution Management Technician to join the Baleares Transport Demarcation team at Red Eléctrica.

What you'll do

1. Supervise compliance with the activities of assigned projects, controlling their execution in accordance with the established planning, as well as managing the assigned internal or external resources.
2. Coordinate and supervise compliance with the established planning of assigned projects and activities, guaranteeing the established levels of quality, reliability, and safety.
3. Supervise the work of the teams assigned to the project, ensuring the correct execution of assigned projects and activities.
4. Coordinate and supervise the preparation and execution of the work of assigned projects and activities.
5. Ensure compliance with current regulations in carrying out assigned projects and activities.
6. Manage the actions of external resources.
