BIM Architecture Modeler – Hospital Projects

At IDDTEK, we are looking to incorporate a BIM Architecture Modeler into our Industrial Plants and Infrastructure unit to participate in the development of large-scale hospital projects of high technical complexity.

The selected person will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating on the development of architectural BIM models and in coordination with other disciplines.

The person will be responsible for developing the following functions within the team:

●BIM architectural development and modeling using Autodesk Revit.

●Preparation and updating of architectural models for hospital projects.

●Development of technical documentation, plans, construction details, and measurements from the BIM model.

●Coordination with structural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) disciplines.

●Detection and resolution of clashes and coordination issues.

●Verification of the quality and consistency of the BIM models.

●Compliance with BIM standards and the requirements established in the project.
