• From 1 day to 9 months of experience in the development of Basic and Execution Projects for public buildings (Such experience must be documented upon submission of the application through employment history and CV).
• From 1 day to 9 months of experience in project development through BIM tools (Such experience must be documented upon submission of the application through employment history and CV).
• From 1 day to 9 months of experience in the calculation of installations through the Cypemep tool (Such experience must be documented upon submission of the application through employment history and CV).

• Accredited training in BIM tools (Such training must be documented upon submission of the application).
• Possibility of formalizing a training contract to obtain professional practice associated with the degree required in the offer (for this, no more than 3 years must have passed since the completion of the degree, or 5 years in the case of providing a disability certificate, and no prior training contract of this modality associated with the same degree for a period exceeding 6 months must have been formalized) (Attach degree/proof of fee payment and updated employment history).

• Possession of an Architecture degree or Bachelor's Degree + Official Master's in Architecture that enables the profession (MECES level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).

Architects - Construction Project Drafting (Seville)

• Joining a team for the development of a public building execution project.
• Design and development of assigned project models using Revit.
• Integration of structure into the architectural model, conflict detection, and resolution thereof.
• Integration of installations into the architectural model, conflict detection, and resolution thereof.
• Control and preparation of the various reports that form part of the Execution Project.

• We offer:
  - Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 16 months, associated with the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience plan or with funding coming from European Union Funds.
  
  Open to the option of formalizing a training contract to obtain professional practice depending on the selected person:
  - The type and duration of the contract will depend on the reason for hiring, the project, and the circumstances of the selected person(s). In the event of formalizing a training contract to obtain professional practice, the following will be offered: Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months with the possibility of an extension for another 6 months, if applicable. In the event that an internship/training contract is formalized, the degree provided by the candidate must be related to the tasks of the offered position, performing activities specific to the degree to which their internship contract is linked, allowing them to obtain professional practice appropriate to the level of studies completed.
  
  - Full-time.
