Design, plan, and develop workshops and group activities to improve employability.
Perform follow-up actions and maintenance of employment contracts.
Execution of projects, reports, memoirs, and their subsequent justification.
Coordinate all actions carried out with the rest of the project team according to the internal coordination instruments and spaces.
Systematize and process data through the different instruments designed for the device (daily follow-ups, files, database, itineraries...).
Coordinate intervention with reference professionals and collaborating entities.
Incorporate the protocols and frameworks of action of Hogar Sí.
Contribute to the visibility of the work through proposals for participation in forums, research....
Propose improvements in the development and design of the employment program, through the continuous evaluation and review of the intervention (project design, new activities, methodologies...).
