What we're looking for

To be in possession of an Official Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Public Management and Administration, Business Sciences, Public Administration and Management, Business Administration and Management, Business Administration, Economic Sciences, Legal Sciences of Public Administrations, Public Management and Administration, or in Economics and Management (MECES Level 2) (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
Intermediate or advanced level proficiency in Word (to be verified during technical assessment).
Intermediate or advanced level proficiency in Excel (to be verified during technical assessment).
From 1 day to 6 months of experience in billing control and management (experience with employment contract, academic and/or both)
From 1 day to 1 year of experience in public procurement (experience with employment contract, academic and/or both)

Nice to have

Training in Excel 2016 or higher version at an Advanced level
User level or higher proficiency in Access (will be valued during technical assessment)

The role

Associate Degree and/or Graduate - Procurement and General Affairs (Madrid)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 1 Associate Degree holder and/or Graduate to perform support tasks in a Procurement and General Affairs project for the Public Administration in Madrid

What you'll do

Support in the processing of administrative procurement files and data entry for the control of new procurement files.
Support in the management and processing of invoices.
Data/information entry for reporting to the Public Registry of Contracts, Transparency Portal, inventory database, and for the control of new procurement files.
Handling of databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.

How you'll work

We offer:

- Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 3 months with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 9 months in total, if applicable.
- Full-time working day of 37.5 hours per week.
