• Driving license B (Valid in Spain and in force)

• From 1 day to 1 year performing functions as a Technical Works Foreman (Said experience must be documented upon submission of the application via employment history and CV).
• From 1 day to 1 year of experience in tasks of control and organization of personnel and/or machinery on site (Said experience must be documented upon submission of the application via employment history and CV).
• From 1 day to 1 year of experience in management of construction materials (Said experience must be documented upon submission of the application via employment history and CV).

• Possibility of formalizing a training contract to obtain professional practice associated with the degree required in the offer (for this purpose, no more than 3 years must have passed since the completion of the degree, or 5 years in the case of accrediting a disability certificate, nor should a contract of this modality associated with the same degree have been previously formalized for a period exceeding 6 months). (Attach degree/proof of fee payment and updated employment history).

• A fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months is offered, with the option of extension if appropriate and respecting the maximum duration limits established in the current labor legislation for each contractual modality. The typology and duration of the contract will be based on the reason for hiring, the project, and the circumstances of the selected person/s. In the event that a training/internship contract is formalized, the degree provided by the candidate must be related to the tasks of the offered position, performing activities specific to the degree to which their internship contract is linked, allowing them to obtain professional practice appropriate to the level of studies completed.
