The role

What you'll do

Do you have experience as an occupational technician?

Initial assistance to users (in-person and remote), collecting and recording their demand.
General information regarding employment resources and services.
Basic analysis of needs and screening of demand.
Referral to appropriate specialized services.
Support with registrations and the use of digital tools.
Administrative management and recording of actions.
Multichannel assistance (telephone, email, in-person, online).
Contribution to the fulfillment of indicators and service quality.

How you'll work

40 h/week. Schedule to be performed: Monday to Friday, which may range from 9:00 to 18:00h.

Duration: approx. 4-6 months.

FORMAT: Hybrid, in-person at client site (No fixed days. It is variable according to need).
