Building Graduate or Technical Architect

Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. • At least 2 years of experience with an employment contract in the field of building
• Valid type B driver's license in Spain
• From 2 years to 5 years of experience in construction control and monitoring, construction quality and environmental control, construction safety control and/or purchasing and contracting management (experience with employment contract, academic, or both)

• Course of at least 60 hours in Occupational Risk Prevention (blended or in-person)
• Accreditable training in GIS exceeding 600 hours
• Accreditable training in OHS exceeding 300 hours
• Accreditable training in AutoCAD
• Accreditable training in PRESTO

• Technical Architecture or Degree in Technical Architecture and/or Building (MECES level 2) (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)

• We offer:
  - Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 8 months, associated with the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or with funding coming from European Union Funds.
  - Full-time
