The role

The duties to be developed are:

Control and Operation: Operate and supervise in real time the HVAC, heating, and electricity facilities.
Advanced Energy Management: Strictly monitor and control the energy consumption of the building/facility, applying techniques oriented towards energy savings.
Billing Management: Control, analyze, and manage the energy billing of the facilities, ensuring the verification of rates and the optimization of contractual costs with suppliers.
Incident Resolution: Identify deviations or technical problems in the BMS control systems.

Requirements

Education: Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Maintenance of Thermal and Fluid Installations, or similar.

Experience: between 3 and 5 years in:

BMS systems, building automation, or control of complex facilities.
management of energy consumption and supervision of energy billing.

Knowledge:

Management of centralized control systems from leading brands: TREND, HONEYWELL, SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER and/or JOHNSON CONTROLS (Metasys).
Solid knowledge in low, medium, and high voltage electrical installations.
Knowledge in HVAC installations (chillers, boilers, VRF systems, air conditioners, pumping) and access and lighting control.
IT tools: Office Suite (advanced Excel for billing data analysis), AutoCAD, and facility control applications.
