• You possess a degree in Civil Engineering and/or a Bachelor's Degree or Technical Engineering + Official Master's in Civil Engineering (MECES level 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
• At least 10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer (verifiable through work or academic experience via employment contract/employment history + CV).
• From 1 year to 10 years of experience in public works and/or boundary delimitation in the Maritime-Terrestrial Public Domain (verifiable through training and/or work or academic experience via employment contract/employment history + CV).
• From 1 year to 10 years of experience in work related to the Coastal Law (verifiable through training and/or work or academic experience via employment contract/employment history + CV).

• CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) wave simulation tools.
• Hydrological modeling in Geographic Information System tools: HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWAT.
• Topography (surveys, setting out, and bathymetry).

Civil Engineer_Management of the Maritime-Terrestrial Public Domain and coastal protection (Gipuzkoa)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 1 Civil Engineer to provide support in the Management of the Maritime-Terrestrial Public Domain and coastal protection in Gipuzkoa.

• Technical support to the Provincial Coastal Service regarding boundary delimitation projects: technical studies of the physical environment, urban planning, bathymetry, coastal dynamics, and wave inundation-reach.
• Technical field work: geodesic support, setting out and topographic and photogrammetric surveys, sampling, works inspection, and cartography.
• Specialized technical support to works management and project management related to the protection of the coast and the sea.
• Specialized technical and legal analysis of files relating to the management of the Maritime-Terrestrial Public Domain submitted by individuals and Public Administrations.
