What we're looking for

You possess a University Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, or a University Degree in Law (MECES level 2) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
Possibility of formalizing a training contract to obtain professional practice associated with the degree required in the offer (for this, no more than 3 years must have passed since the completion of the degree, or 5 years in the case of providing a disability certificate, and you must not have previously formalized a contract of this modality associated with the same degree for a period exceeding 6 months). (Attach employment history)
Valid Type B driver's license in Spain
From 1 month up to 2 years of experience in Personnel Administration departments (Work and/or academic experience). (Specify in CV)

Nice to have

Complementary training within the field of Personnel Administration and/or HR (Attach).

The role

Graduate in Labor Relations and Human Resources or in Law - People Management (Seville)

Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in work related to rural development and nature conservation, is looking to hire 1 Graduate in Labor Relations and Human Resources or in Law for People Management in Seville.

What you'll do

Management of personnel incidents, permits, leaves, working days, and time tracking.
Management of payroll, arrears, and incidents with pay implications.
Processing and monitoring of wage garnishments, including control of deadlines and responding to judicial and administrative requirements.
Management of personnel subrogation processes and review of the affected labor and pay conditions.
Analysis and interpretation of collective agreements, resolution of labor inquiries, and preparation of reports and comparative tables regarding working conditions.
Management of actions before the Labor Inspectorate and processing of disciplinary proceedings.
Preparation of documentation and reports for judicial proceedings within the scope of social jurisdiction.

How you'll work

Seville
We offer:
- a fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months with the possibility of an extension for another 6 months, if applicable. In the event that an internship/training contract is formalized, the degree provided by the candidate must be related to the tasks of the offered position, performing activities specific to the degree to which their internship contract is linked, allowing them to obtain professional practice appropriate to the level of studies completed.
- Full-time.
