Law Graduate or Bachelor + Master in Law or Public Administration - Tobacco Control Technical Support

• From 3 months to 1 year of experience in the processing of disciplinary proceedings (experience with an employment contract).
• From 6 months to 1 year of experience in the drafting of regulations (OM, RD, and laws) (experience with an employment contract).
• From 6 months to 1 year of experience in public procurement procedures and Administration Agreements (experience with an employment contract).

• Complementary training in European Regulations

• Possess the official degree of Bachelor's in Law or Graduate + University Master's Degree in Law or Public Management and Administration (MECES level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).

• English Level: B2

Bachelor's Degree in Law or Graduate + University Master's Degree in Law or Public Management and Administration - Technical Support Tobacco Control Field (Madrid)

• Preparation of technical sanitary and legal reports related to the control and prevention of tobacco use.
• Collection and analysis of information related to tobacco products and their environment, such as national, EU, and international regulatory situations for certain indicators.
• Collection and analysis of regulatory documents from the European Union, Member States, and the international field.
• Monitoring compliance with established health regulations and analyzing those behaviors that may lead to an infringement thereof, both ex officio and at the request of interested parties.
• Preparation of reports on possible non-compliance with regulations on tobacco products and related products, with legal and sanitary argumentation to support the processing of disciplinary proceedings.
• Collaboration in the preparation of communications, surveys, and responses to inquiries for different national and international organizations in the field of tobacco control and prevention.
• Participation and assistance in different events, technical meetings, and conferences related to Tobacco Control and Prevention at national and international levels.
