Support in Subsidy Processing and Control

Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process the supporting documents for the data provided in the application, as well as to require the expansion of the information contained in the curriculum vitae, provided that this is necessary for the accreditation of the requirements and/or merits detailed in the offered vacancy.

• At least 1 year of experience with an employment contract in subsidy management
• At least 5 years of experience under an employment contract performing the functions specific to the degrees required in the offer

• Excel course of at least 20 hours
• From 1 year to 4 years of experience in the SOROLLA application in the subsidies module (experience with an employment contract) (this will be verified during technical assessment)
• From 1 year to 5 years of experience in subsidy management in/for public organisms or companies (experience with an employment contract) (this will be verified during technical assessment)
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel (will be verified during technical assessment)
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in the PLATERO subsidy management application (this will be verified during technical assessment)

• Possess a degree in Bachelor's, Engineering, Architecture or Degree/Diploma + Official Master's (MECES level 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to incorporate 1 Bachelor's, Engineer, Architect or Graduate + Official Master's to provide support in the processing and control of subsidies in the Community of Madrid

• Technical support in the management and control of calls for applications: receipt of applications, checking of documentation and applicant assistance, support in the instruction of the procedure, control of the execution of approved projects, control of the justification of finished projects, reporting to third parties, and data entry into computer applications.
• Technical support in the processing of files in Sorolla2 in any of its phases
• Technical support in the applications for monitoring and justification of subsidies
• Other technical and administrative tasks necessary for the execution of the assignment, including the use of applications (Excel, Word)

• We offer:
  
  - Fixed-term contract for substitution with an estimated duration of 5 months, depending on the underlying cause.
  
  - Full-time.
