Law Graduate + Master - Housing CAU Team Leader

• At least 5 years of experience under an employment contract practicing the profession of the offered position.
• Experience under an employment contract in the management of CAU teams.
• Availability to work by adapting your schedule to the roster, based on service needs (currently from 8:45 to 19:15 h, Mon to Fri, although this may be subject to change).

• Microsoft Word course (intermediate or advanced level) of at least 20 hours (title or training certificate must be attached)
• Microsoft Excel course (intermediate or advanced level) of at least 20 hours (title or training certificate must be attached)
• Microsoft Access course (intermediate or advanced level) of at least 20 hours (title or training certificate must be attached)
• Microsoft Teams course (intermediate or advanced level) of at least 20 hours (title or training certificate must be attached)
• From 1 month to 5 years of experience in real estate law (experience under an employment contract, academic, or both).
• From 1 month to 3 years of experience in the implementation of action protocols in CAU services, preferably in relation to real estate activities (experience under an employment contract, academic, or both).

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Law or Graduate Degree + Official Master in Law (degree recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the Secretaría General de Universidades).

• We offer:
  
  - Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 9 months in total, if applicable.
  
  - Full-time employment of 37.5 hours per week.
