Public Procurement Specialist

• From 1 year to 3 years of experience in the preparation of public tender specifications, in accordance with the current LCSP, for Spanish contracting authorities (experience with an employment contract) (this will be verified during technical assessment)
• From 1 year to 3 years of experience in Public Administration and/or public companies (experience with an employment contract)

• Training in Public Procurement

• Possess a degree in Licenciatura, Engineering, Architecture, or Bachelor's/Diploma + Official Master's (MECES level 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 1 Bachelor's or Graduate with an Official Master's to provide support in Public Procurement matters in the Community of Madrid

• Preparation of tender specifications to meet the needs of assignments entrusted to Tragsatec, in accordance with the Law on Public Sector Contracts.
• Support and advisory to production units regarding the tenders they must launch.
• Preparation of reports, assessment tables, and other documentation related to public procurement processes.
• Access to the Public Sector Contracts Platform to carry out occasional tasks such as publication, downloading documentation, inquiries, etc.
• Other tasks related to the functions of the position and the team to which they will join.

  - Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 9 months in total, if applicable
