What we're looking for

- Possess a Vocational Training II degree or Higher Level Vocational Training degree (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) in the administrative field, or demonstrable previous experience (via employment or academic contract) as an administrative assistant (at least 6 months of experience).
- Accredited training in Excel and/or Word office tools (Such training must be documented upon submission of the application).
- Accredited training of at least 2000 hours in the administration and management field (Such training must be documented upon submission of the application).
- From 1 month to 2 years performing functions as an administrative assistant in Public Administration or a public company (Such experience must be documented upon submission of the application through employment history and CV).

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 1 2nd Class Administrative Assistant - Animal Health Programs (Navalmoral de la Mata) in the Community of Extremadura.
What you'll do
- Classification, filing, scanning, and processing of documentation generated within their work team.
- Maintenance and updating of databases. Simple calculations.
- In-person and telephone assistance to livestock farm owners.
- Administrative support for team leaders and field veterinarians.
- Email management.
